Physical Maison Kojira Gift Cards are sent separately by tracked Thailand Post, both within Thailand and internationally.
Each product order is prepared in-house, sealed and packed to protect it throughout transit. Delivery times, tracking and other shipping details are explained below.

For pre-orders, the expected delivery date, including preparation and shipping time, will not exceed 60 days from the date of purchase.

Delivery Within Thailand
Gourmet salts are normally delivered within Thailand by KEX Express, with nationwide delivery typically taking 1–2 business days.
Physical Gift Cards
Physical Maison Kojira Gift Cards are sent by tracked Thailand Post, both within Thailand and internationally.
The physical card can be sent directly to the person receiving the gift or to the purchaser to hand over personally. Tracking information is sent to the purchaser by email once the Gift Card has been dispatched.
Digital and print-at-home Gift Cards are delivered electronically and do not require shipping.
Tracking
Tracking information is issued by email once a physical order has been dispatched.
International gourmet salt orders are normally tracked through DHL Express or the courier used for the shipment. Physical Gift Cards are tracked through Thailand Post.
Customs & Duties
International product orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and local clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Packaging & Protection
Each gourmet salt order is prepared in-house and packed to protect the jars and packaging during transit.
In the rare event of transit damage, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the parcel and contents so that we may arrange a resolution. You may contact us via our Contact page.
