The engraving is scaled to the size of the box, up to a maximum width of 7 cm, for a clean, permanent finish.
Customised obi bands
A 210 gsm satin paper band wrapped around the wooden box, customised for your company, event or occasion. Colours, wording and design details can be tailored to the brief.
Bespoke Japanese-Style Gift Wrapping
Our minimal handmade wooden boxes are designed to be given as they are, with no visible metal hardware, a clean sliding lid and fitted recesses that present the jars horizontally. For a more ceremonial presentation, each box can be individually wrapped using a precise Japanese-style folding technique in gold, champagne pink, lunar red or ivory, or a tailored colour chosen to suit your company or occasion.
Individual recipient personalisation
Personalisation is the highest form of appreciation. Add a recipient’s name, anniversary or short message, either engraved directly into the wooden box or included on a personal card, whether for a leadership thank-you, a milestone or ten years of service.

Customisation prices are per gift and are added to the corporate gifts product price. Individual personalisation is charged per recipient. Corporate Rate savings apply to eligible Maison Kojira products. All prices exclude 7% VAT. Tailored wrapping colours outside our house palette may be quoted separately.
Lead Times
Standard corporate orders
Please allow 5 business days for preparation before dispatch.
Tailored corporate orders
Orders with custom engraving, customised obi bands, individual personalisation or bespoke Japanese-style gift wrapping require 15 business days from final artwork approval and payment.
For larger orders, seasonal collections or fixed event dates, lead times are confirmed individually. If you are working towards a specific date, let us know when you enquire and we will confirm what is possible before the order is placed.
Payment terms
Corporate orders are paid in full before production begins. For tailored orders, production starts once payment has been received and all artwork has been approved.
Corporate orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has started. Lead times begin once payment has been received and, where applicable, final artwork has been approved by both sides.
All corporate prices shown exclude 7% VAT.
Delivery in Thailand and Beyond
Corporate orders of 10 gifts or more include complimentary delivery within Thailand to one destination.
Delivery to multiple addresses can be arranged and is quoted separately.
International corporate orders are shipped by DHL Express. Shipping is quoted according to destination, quantity and weight, with applicable import duties and taxes payable by the recipient.
