These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and interactions on maisonkojira.com. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Availability

Maison Kojira products are described as accurately as possible. Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any item without prior notice. Product images are for presentation purposes only; minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur due to small-batch production.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. We accept secure electronic payments through approved third-party processors. Available payment methods will be shown during checkout. For customers in Thailand, additional local payment methods such as PromptPay may be offered. All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise indicated and include applicable VAT where required by law.

3. Shipping & Delivery

    • International shipping: Available for culinary salts, mineral salt and cocktail rims.
    • Domestic delivery (Bangkok only): For kombucha and other fresh or perishable items.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary by location, carrier, or customs inspection. While Maison Kojira cannot guarantee transit times once an order has been dispatched, we’ll always assist if your delivery is delayed or experiences an issue.

4. Returns & Refunds

Refunds and returns follow our Refund Policy. Customers are advised to review it carefully before purchase. Due to the nature of food products, opened or used items cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

5. Subscriptions

As our kombucha and other fresh products are made to order, customers may pause or modify deliveries up to 21 days before the scheduled delivery date, even if billing has already been completed. Full cancellations must be requested before the billing date to take effect in the current cycle. Customers may change, pause or cancel by contacting [email protected].

6. Liability

Maison Kojira’s liability is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for any loss or damage arising indirectly from use, misuse, or delay of our products. All products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or repackaged without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thai courts.
