Terms & Conditions | Maison Kojira

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all purchases and interactions on maisonkojira.com. By placing an order or using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Products & Availability

Maison Kojira products are described as accurately as possible. Availability may vary, and we reserve the right to modify, limit, or discontinue any item without prior notice. Product images are for presentation purposes only; minor variations in colour, texture, or packaging may occur due to small-batch production.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed once full payment is received. We accept secure electronic payments through approved third-party processors. Available payment methods will be shown during checkout. For customers in Thailand, additional local payment methods such as PromptPay may be offered. All prices are listed in Thai Baht (THB) unless otherwise indicated and include applicable VAT where required by law.

3. Shipping & Delivery

Maison Kojira currently offers gourmet salts for online purchase and delivery. Gourmet salt orders are available for delivery within Thailand and to the international destinations listed on our International Shipping page.

Where physical delivery of a Maison Kojira Gift Card is selected, the card is sent using tracked postal delivery. Electronic Gift Cards do not require shipping.

Delivery times, available destinations and shipping methods are shown on our International Shipping page and, where applicable, during checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to the carrier, destination or customs inspection. While Maison Kojira cannot guarantee transit times once an order has been dispatched, we will assist if a delivery is delayed or experiences an issue.

For pre-orders, the expected delivery date, including preparation and shipping, will not exceed 60 days from the date of purchase.

4. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

Physical product orders may be changed or cancelled free of charge before dispatch. Returns, refunds, replacements and store credit are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy. Please review that policy before purchase.

Nothing in these Terms limits any rights available under applicable consumer law.

5. Gift Cards & Gift Vouchers

Maison Kojira Gift Cards are valid for 180 days from the date of issue.

A Gift Card may be purchased for another person, but it is issued to the designated recipient and is non-transferable once issued. Redemption is restricted to the recipient email address associated with the Gift Card.

Gift Cards may be used in one purchase or across several purchases. Any remaining balance stays available on the Gift Card during its validity period.

If a Gift Card cannot reasonably be redeemed during its validity period because of product unavailability, a technical issue, suspension of fulfilment, or another circumstance attributable to Maison Kojira, its validity will be extended to provide the recipient with a reasonable opportunity to redeem it once redemption becomes possible again.

All Maison Kojira Gift Card balances are issued and maintained in Thai Baht (THB). Maison Kojira product prices are also set in THB. Where another currency is displayed or charged, the amount shown is a currency conversion and may vary with exchange rates. Exchange-rate movements do not change the underlying THB balance of the Gift Card.

Gift Cards cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash and cannot be used to purchase other Maison Kojira Gift Cards.

Except where required by applicable law, Gift Cards are non-refundable and non-returnable once issued.

After the applicable validity period, including any extension granted because redemption was prevented by circumstances attributable to Maison Kojira, the Gift Card will expire, subject to any rights available under applicable law.

Gift Cards may only be redeemed for orders that Maison Kojira can deliver to the selected delivery destination. Availability therefore depends on the countries and regions to which Maison Kojira ships at the time of redemption.

The purchaser is responsible for ensuring that the intended recipient can receive Maison Kojira products at an eligible delivery destination. Current destinations and shipping availability are listed on our International Shipping page.

Incorrect or Non-Functioning Gift Cards

If Maison Kojira issues a Gift Card incorrectly, or if a Gift Card does not function as described, please contact us at hello@maisonkojira.com. We will investigate and, where appropriate, correct or replace the Gift Card.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Maison Kojira’s liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the value of the product purchased. We are not responsible for indirect loss or damage arising from use, misuse or delay of our products. Nothing in this section limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

All products are intended for personal use only and may not be resold or repackaged without prior written consent.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Thailand. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of the Thai courts, subject to any rights or remedies available under applicable law.
